Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 3 carrots peeled and sliced
- 3 celery stalks sliced
- 1 onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
1. Place chicken, broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in the slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
3. Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Return chicken to the slow cooker.
4. Add egg noodles and cook on high for 20-30 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
5. Stir in fresh parsley before serving.
