Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 lb Chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup Chopped carrots
- 1 cup Chopped celery
- 1 cup Chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Frozen peas
- 1 can Refrigerated biscuit dough
Place chicken, broth, carrots, celery, onion, salt, and pepper in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Return to slow cooker.
Add peas and biscuit dough pieces. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook for an additional hour, or until biscuits are cooked through.
