Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Place chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, tomato sauce, and all spices in the slow cooker.
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Cook on low for 4 hours.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and butter.
  5. Cook for an additional 20 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
