Main Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Place chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, tomato sauce, and all spices in the slow cooker.
Stir to combine.
Cook on low for 4 hours.
Stir in heavy cream and butter.
Cook for an additional 20 minutes.
Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
