Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef stew meat cut into chunks
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup 10.75 oz can
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1 package Egg noodles cooked
1. In a mixing bowl, combine beef stew meat, salt, and pepper.
2. Add beef to the slow cooker along with beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and sliced mushrooms.
3. Stir to combine all ingredients.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
5. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the sour cream.
6. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
