Slow Cooker Beef Stew Recipe
A hearty and comforting beef stew made in the slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef stew meat cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 cups Beef broth
- 3 Carrots sliced
- 3 Potatoes diced
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
2. Transfer the browned beef to the slow cooker.
3. Add beef broth, carrots, potatoes, onion, garlic, tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef and vegetables are tender.
5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed before serving.
