Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 unit Juice of 1 lime
  • 8 unit Small tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 0.25 cup Chopped cilantro

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, and lime juice. Mix well.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp mixture and cook for 5-7 minutes, until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  3. 3. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  4. 4. Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on each tortilla, then topping with shredded cabbage, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
