Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 4 large Flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the shrimp, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp is pink and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
  4. 4. Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle with cheese, add shrimp, and top with another tortilla.
  5. 5. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. 6. Repeat with remaining tortillas and shrimp.
  7. 7. Cut into wedges and serve.
