Ingredients

  • 8 oz Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 cup Bean Sprouts
  • ½ cup Green Onions chopped
  • ½ cup Carrots shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
  2. 2. Add the shrimp, bean sprouts, green onions, carrots, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to the eggs. Mix well.
  3. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Pour about ¼ of the egg mixture into the wok, spreading it out to form a pancake.
  5. 5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Repeat with the remaining egg mixture.
  6. 6. Serve hot with additional soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
