Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 large Flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • ½ cup Sour cream

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Cook until shrimp is pink and opaque, about 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  3. 3. Assemble burritos by layering rice, black beans, shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream on each tortilla. Roll up tightly.
  4. 4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
