  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated cheese (Gruyère or Parmesan)

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Butter the ramekins and add a tablespoon of cream to each.
  3. Crack two eggs into each ramekin, being careful not to break the yolks.
  4. Sprinkle with grated cheese, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
