She Crab Soup Recipe
A creamy, rich soup with crab meat and a hint of sherry.

- 1 cup Crab meat fresh or canned
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Milk
- ¼ cup Butter
- ¼ cup Flour
- 1 tablespoon Sherry
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the flour and whisk to form a roux. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Gradually add the milk and heavy cream, whisking constantly until smooth.
Add the crab meat, sherry, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot, garnished with additional crab meat if desired.
