Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Stir in honey, rice vinegar, and sesame seeds. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
5. Serve hot, garnished with additional sesame seeds if desired.
