Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Add garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. 4. Stir in honey, rice vinegar, and sesame seeds. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  5. 5. Serve hot, garnished with additional sesame seeds if desired.
