  • 4 fillets Swai fish
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • optional Lemon wedges

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place fish fillets on a baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture over the fish fillets.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
