Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Mixed seafood (shrimp, crab, etc.) chopped
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 4 Hoagie rolls split and toasted
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 Tomato sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped seafood, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix well.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly toast the hoagie rolls.
  3. 3. Spread the seafood mixture evenly on the toasted hoagie rolls.
  4. 4. Top with shredded lettuce and tomato slices.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
