Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Celery, chopped
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 4 cups Fish stock
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 lb Mixed seafood (shrimp, clams, fish)
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped celery. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
  2. Add the diced potatoes and fish stock. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and mixed seafood. Cook until the seafood is just cooked through.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
