Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 eggs boiled
  • 400 g sausage meat
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup flour
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the eggs for 5 minutes, then cool in ice water and peel.
  2. 2. Divide sausage meat into 4 portions. Flatten each portion and wrap around each egg.
  3. 3. Roll each wrapped egg in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry each egg until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Drain on paper towels and serve warm or cold.
