Main Ingredients
- 4 eggs boiled
- 400 g sausage meat
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup flour
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Boil the eggs for 5 minutes, then cool in ice water and peel.
2. Divide sausage meat into 4 portions. Flatten each portion and wrap around each egg.
3. Roll each wrapped egg in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry each egg until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
5. Drain on paper towels and serve warm or cold.
