Scalloped Potatoes Recipe
Classic scalloped potatoes with a creamy, cheesy sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Thinly sliced potatoes
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until thickened. Add salt and pepper.
Layer half of the potatoes in a greased baking dish. Pour half of the sauce over the potatoes. Repeat layers.
Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
