Scalloped Potatoes Recipe
Classic scalloped potatoes with a creamy, cheesy sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Thinly sliced potatoes
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. 
- Gradually whisk in milk, cooking until thickened. Add salt and pepper. 
- Layer half of the potatoes in a greased baking dish. Pour half of the sauce over the potatoes. Repeat layers. 
- Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
