Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Green Beans trimmed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add green beans and saute for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
