Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a large bowl, combine sausage, potatoes, onion, and cheese.
In a separate bowl, mix milk and melted butter. Pour over sausage mixture and stir to combine.
Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown.
