  • 1 pound Sausage
  • 4 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine sausage, potatoes, onion, and cheese.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix milk and melted butter. Pour over sausage mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown.
