Main Ingredients
- 12 oz Pasta any type
- 1 lb Italian sausage sliced
- 1 cup Marinara sauce
- 1 Onion diced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
3. Add minced garlic and sliced sausage to the skillet. Cook until sausage is browned.
4. Pour in marinara sauce and stir to combine. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
