- 1 sheet Pie crust store-bought or homemade
- 200 g Salmon cooked and flaked
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 3 Eggs large
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon Dill chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
Spread the flaked salmon evenly over the pie crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the salmon.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped dill on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
