- 14 oz canned salmon drained and flaked
- 1 egg beaten
- ¼ cup onion finely chopped
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dill chopped
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine the salmon, egg, onion, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into patties.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Cook the patties in the hot oil until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
