Steak Patties
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Egg
- ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
Gravy
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoon All-purpose Flour
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well and form into 4 patties.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté onions and mushrooms until tender.
Sprinkle flour over the onions and mushrooms, stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring until the gravy thickens.
Return the patties to the skillet, spooning gravy over them. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
