  • 2 pcs Potatoes boiled and diced
  • 2 pcs Carrots boiled and diced
  • 1 cup Green peas boiled
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes, carrots, and green peas until tender. Let them cool.
  2. 2. Dice the boiled potatoes and carrots.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes, carrots, and boiled peas.
  4. 4. Add mayonnaise and mustard to the vegetables. Mix well.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix again.
  6. 6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
