  • 4 cups chopped rhubarb
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine rhubarb, granulated sugar, and flour. Mix well and spread evenly in a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until topping is golden brown and rhubarb is tender.
