Reuben Sandwich Recipe
A classic Reuben sandwich with corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing, grilled between slices of rye bread.

- 4 slices Rye bread
- 4 slices Corned beef
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- ½ cup Sauerkraut drained
- ¼ cup Russian dressing
- 2 tablespoons Butter softened
1. Butter one side of each slice of rye bread.
2. On the unbuttered side of two slices, layer Swiss cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing.
3. Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side out.
4. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Grill the sandwiches until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
