  • 1 cup Yogurt plain
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar adjust to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Cardamom Powder optional

Instructions 

  1. In a blender, combine mango pulp, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom powder.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
