  • 2 cups Watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Mint, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine watermelon, cucumber, and red onion.
  2. Add crumbled feta cheese and chopped fresh mint.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice.
  4. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  5. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
