Refreshing Cucumber Watermelon Salad

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
- ¼ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Mint, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine watermelon, cucumber, and red onion.
Add crumbled feta cheese and chopped fresh mint.
Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice.
Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes before serving.
