Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 packs Ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, grated
  • 2 cups Baby spinach
  • 2 Green onions, sliced
  • 2 Boiled eggs, halved

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the broth.
  4. 4. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  5. 5. Stir in baby spinach until wilted.
  6. 6. Serve the soup in bowls, topped with sliced green onions and halved boiled eggs.
