Quick and easy quesadillas, perfect for a snack or meal.

Main Ingredients
- 4 Flour tortillas
- 2 cups Shredded cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
- 1 cup Cooked chicken Optional, shredded
- 1 tablespoon Butter For greasing the skillet
Heat the skillet over medium heat and add a bit of butter.
Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with cheese and chicken (if using).
Top with another tortilla and cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip.
Cook until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Cut into wedges and serve warm.
