Ingredients

  • 4 cups Potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 cup Celery, chopped
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, celery, and onion.
  3. Add the cooled potatoes to the bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
