- 2 lbs Pork spare ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Place the pork spare ribs on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.
Brush the ribs with the BBQ sauce mixture, making sure they are well coated.
Cover the ribs with another sheet of aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
Remove the top foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes to let the ribs caramelize.
Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
