Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions 

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook pork chops until browned, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and garlic. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
  5. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and cook until sauce thickens.
  7. Return pork chops to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
