Pork Chops in Garlic Mushroom Sauce

Main Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook pork chops until browned, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add mushrooms and garlic. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Stir in heavy cream and cook until sauce thickens.
Return pork chops to the skillet and cook for another 5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
