Main Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- ½ cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and poppy seeds.
Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle over the chicken mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
