  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • ½ cup butter, melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and poppy seeds.
  3. Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle over the chicken mixture.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
