  • 500 g Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces and buttermilk. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2. In another bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Dredge the marinated chicken pieces in the flour mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. 5. Fry the chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
  6. 6. Remove the chicken from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
