  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  4. 4. Cook the patties on the grill or skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. 5. During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with pizza sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese. Cover and cook until the cheese is melted.
  6. 6. Toast the burger buns on the grill or skillet until golden brown.
  7. 7. Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a toasted bun. Serve immediately.
