Pittsburgh Chipped Ham Barbecue Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb chipped ham
- 1 cup ketchup
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
1. In a large skillet, combine ketchup, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
2. Add chipped ham to the skillet and mix until ham is well coated with the sauce.
3. Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the ham is heated through and the sauce has thickened.
4. Serve hot on buns or rolls.
