- 1 cup shelled pistachios
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 0.25 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese.
Add shelled pistachios.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Toss to combine.
