Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Onions sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ginger minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
  3. 3. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  5. 5. Add bell peppers and onions, cook until tender.
  6. 6. Add pineapple chunks and soy sauce, stir well.
  7. 7. Return chicken to the skillet, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  8. 8. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
