Philly Steak Sandwich Recipe
A classic Philly steak sandwich with tender beef, melted cheese, and sautéed onions and peppers.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
- 4 Hoagie rolls
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
2. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
3. Push the veggies to one side of the skillet and add the thinly sliced ribeye steak.
4. Cook the steak until browned, then mix with the veggies. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Divide the mixture into four portions in the skillet and top each with two slices of provolone cheese.
6. Once the cheese is melted, scoop the mixture into hoagie rolls.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
