Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich
A classic Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with tender beef, melted cheese, and sautéed onions and peppers.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 unit Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 unit Green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- 4 units Hoagie rolls
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
3. Push veggies to the side, add steak slices, and cook until browned.
4. Mix veggies and steak, season with salt and pepper.
5. Place cheese slices on top, let melt.
6. Toast hoagie rolls, fill with steak mixture.
