- 2 lbs Pork shoulder cut into chunks
- 1 cup Barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Add the pork shoulder chunks to the bowl and coat them well with the sauce mixture.
4. Place the pork chunks on the grill and cook for about 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked through and has a nice char.
5. Serve hot with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
