Instructions
Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and water until smooth.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes until warmed through.
Toss the cooked noodles with the sauce until well coated.
Garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
