Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Noodles any type
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter creamy
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Green Onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and water until smooth.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes until warmed through.
  4. Toss the cooked noodles with the sauce until well coated.
  5. Garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
