Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Peanut butter creamy
  • 2 Bananas mashed
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, combine the beaten egg, milk, peanut butter, and mashed bananas.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a bit of vegetable oil.
  5. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
