- 4 cups Peaches peeled and sliced
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 0.5 cup Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine peaches and half of the sugar. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and milk until smooth.
Pour melted butter into a baking dish. Pour batter over butter, but do not stir.
Spoon peaches over the batter. Do not stir.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
