Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pasta cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • ½ cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Olives sliced

Dressing Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
