Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Pour in the chicken broth, diced tomatoes, and cannellini beans. Bring to a boil.
Add the ditalini pasta, dried oregano, and dried basil. Reduce heat and simmer until the pasta is tender, about 10-12 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
