Ingredients

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 ½ teaspoon Unflavored Gelatin
  • 3 tablespoon Cold Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small bowl and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is hot but not boiling.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. 4. Add the gelatin mixture to the hot cream mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
  5. 5. Pour the mixture into ramekins and let cool to room temperature.
  6. 6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
