Oyster sauce

Instructions
1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for about 10 minutes or until they are soft. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the chicken and cook until it turns white. Then add the shrimp and cook until pink.
4. Add the carrots and cabbage, and stir-fry for a few minutes until they are tender-crisp.
5. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
6. Add the soaked rice noodles and toss to combine. Cook for another 5 minutes or until the noodles are heated through and have absorbed the sauce.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
