Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Red Snapper about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Mix all the spices together in a small bowl.
2. Pat the red snapper fillets dry with paper towels.
3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the fillets.
4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
5. Cook the fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until the fish is cooked through and the spices are blackened.
6. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
